Morgan is a dedicated and accomplished attorney with a multifaceted background in law, accounting, small business & startup consulting, and marketing. She is passionate about working with individuals and families to build their businesses, plan for successful growth, and establish smart estate plans.
Morgan attended the Univeristy of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (GO HEELS!), where she majored in Political Science and History, graduating in 2009. After college she moved to New York City to attend New York Law School, where she was a Social Change Advocacy Affiliate of the Justice Action Center and a member of the Environmental Law Society. After graduating in 2012, Morgan spent the next few years working for startups, in legal, marketing, and management roles. Morgan then worked for the boutique, plaintiff-side employment law firm Outten & Golden, LLP, supporting their class & collective action litigation team. In 2016, Morgan and her now husband Chris knew that it was time to move back to North Carolina, and decided to settle in Asheville where Morgan grew up. There she eventually transitioned to working with her dad, Greg Clark, in his CPA firm - Greg Clark CPA. In that role, she has spent the past few years focused on supporting small businesses, non-profits, startup's, and families assisting with business accounting, and management needs. In her legal work, Morgan works with individuals and families in estate planning, business formation, and sucession planning, as well as supporting businesses with their employment and human resource legal needs.
Morgan lives in Asheville in the Haw Creek neighborhood with her husband Chris, son Nico, and three dogs - Brie, Bowie and Bruno. She has served or serves on the Board of numerous nonprofits, including the Junior League of Asheville, the Blue Ridge Carolina Club, and the NC Alpha Chapter of Pi Beta Phi House Corporation.
